Fractional CFO & COO

Fractional CFO leadership for mission-driven boards.

Executive-level financial oversight for nonprofits without the cost of a full-time hire. Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audit preparation, and board-ready analysis, delivered by a Consulting CFO with 15+ years spent inside nonprofit finance seats.

What the seat covers

A CFO who translates finance for the room your board sits in.

The engagement starts by reading the last three board packets and the last audit. From there, we own the finance seat: monthly close, cash forecasting, funder reporting, and the board-committee materials that go out the week before every meeting. When your restricted funds tighten or a program grows faster than the general ledger, we say so early, in language your directors can act on.

Ideal for

Nonprofits expanding programs, preparing for audits or major funding, navigating leadership changes, or needing executive financial guidance without permanent staffing.

Fixed monthly retainer or a defined-scope project. You pay for the seniority you need, at the fraction of hours you need it, without benefits, recruiting cost, or the risk of a mis-hire. A written scope with hours and outcomes lands after the free consultation.
We focus on nonprofits. If your organization is a 501(c)(3) or (c)(6) and the finance question is real, book the consultation. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or refer you on.
Hands-on experience across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Blackbaud Financial Edge, MIP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and QuickBooks Online. Chart of accounts, workflow, integrations, and board reporting on top.
For interim work, often within a week. For scoped fractional engagements, typically two to four weeks after the discovery call so we can meet the team and read the books first.
